Trust & Governance

Trust is part of the product.

When creative represents the jewelry you sell, accuracy, brand consistency, permissions and approvals cannot be afterthoughts.

Exact Matter is built to work inside the creative operations of jewelry businesses. We start from approved product truth, keep human judgment in the process, establish clear approval points and treat public use and brand association with zero ambiguity.

FOUR COMMITMENTS

Built for work that has to be right.

Product fidelity

We work from approved product photography and product information, then review the defining details of the jewelry against those references.

Human QA

AI assists production. Creative judgment and jewelry accuracy remain human-reviewed.

Controlled approvals

Direction, feedback and refinements move through defined approval points before final delivery.

Rights & confidentiality

Client materials, commercial usage, public portfolio use, case studies and brand association follow documented permissions.

PRODUCT FIDELITY

We start from product truth — not invention.

A beautiful asset is not useful if it changes the product being sold.

Where available, we work from approved photography, multiple product views, dimensions, metal and finish, stone information, settings, variants, engravings, logos and other defining details.

Our review can include:

  • silhouette and geometry;

  • stone count, shape, placement and relative size;

  • setting and structural details;

  • metal color and finish;

  • proportions and scale;

  • chains, clasps, engravings and logos;

  • reflections and product-specific details;

  • physical interaction with hands, bodies or surrounding objects where relevant.

Our goal is not to make a different piece look convincing.

Our goal is to preserve the identity of the piece you actually sell.

ACCURACY WITHOUT FALSE PROMISES

If we cannot verify it, we do not pretend we can.

AI-assisted production has limits, and different creative situations carry different levels of product risk.

When the available source material is insufficient to support a detail, angle or transformation confidently, we may request additional references, use a more controlled production method, recommend a different concept or flag the limitation for review.

We do not promise “perfect 1:1 accuracy” where the source information or production method cannot reasonably support that claim.

Trust requires knowing where the limits are — not hiding them.

HUMAN QA

AI produces possibilities. People remain accountable.

Exact Matter uses AI as part of the production methodology, not as a substitute for creative judgment.

Work is directed, reviewed and refined by people. Depending on the asset, production may combine generative tools, compositing, professional post-production and manual correction.

Some creative situations require more scrutiny than others. Fine hand interaction, exact on-body scale, complex occlusion, unusual perspectives and moving jewelry can require additional references, correction or a different workflow.

When a concept creates unnecessary product risk, we would rather change the production approach than deliver something we do not trust.

BRAND FIDELITY

Your brand is not a prompt.

Product accuracy is only one condition for usable creative. The work must also belong to your brand.

We use the context you provide — brand guidelines, approved campaigns, website and social references, audience, visual rules, prohibited styles and previous feedback — to guide creative decisions.

For ongoing Reserved Capacity relationships, that knowledge becomes increasingly persistent, reducing the need to re-explain the brand with every request.

The objective is not simply to create more assets.

It is to create more assets your team can actually approve and use.

CONTROLLED APPROVALS

Your team stays in control.

Before production expands, we align on the commercial objective, product, channel, visual direction and relevant constraints.

Where appropriate, direction is approved before full production. Feedback and revisions are then handled through defined approval points before final assets are delivered.

Exact Matter can work with founders, marketing teams, creative directors, agencies or other designated approvers.

We extend your creative capacity.

We do not replace your authority over the brand.

RIGHTS & PUBLIC USE

Zero ambiguity around public association.

Working on a brand's jewelry does not automatically give us the right to publicly represent that brand.

Our operating principles are:

  • Identifiable third-party jewelry is not used publicly without explicit permission.

  • A brand is not tagged or presented as a collaboration unless the relationship and public-use permission are clear.

  • Speculative work is not represented as client work, endorsement or affiliation.

  • Client or pilot work does not become a public case study or portfolio asset without approval.

  • Rights to source imagery and relevant third-party material should be clarified before production and public use.

  • Commercial usage, approval responsibility and public portfolio permissions should be defined as part of the engagement.

Private work stays separate from public proof unless permission makes that distinction clear.

CONFIDENTIALITY

What belongs inside your business should stay inside your business.

Jewelry creative can involve unreleased products, campaign plans, launch dates, product information, brand strategy and other commercially sensitive material.

Confidentiality requirements should therefore be established at the beginning of the relationship — not after production begins.

We clarify what materials are provided for the work, who may approve them, what may be used publicly and what must remain private.

Public exposure is never assumed simply because Exact Matter produced the asset.

AI TRANSPARENCY

AI is part of how we produce. It is not what you are buying.

Exact Matter combines human creative direction, AI-assisted production, professional refinement and jewelry-focused QA.

We do not position the service as a way to conceal AI use or evade disclosure requirements.

Where a platform, campaign, client policy or applicable rule requires disclosure, that requirement should be respected.

The value we are responsible for is the work itself:

accurate, on-brand, commercially useful creative produced with less production burden.

HOW TRUST MOVES THROUGH THE WORKFLOW

Trust is a process, not a statement.

01 — Align

We establish the commercial objective, product or SKU, channel, deadline, approved source material, relevant product information and brand context.

02 — Direct

We define the visual direction, production approach and areas that may require additional review. Direction can be approved before production expands.

03 — Produce

Our team creates and refines the work using the production methods appropriate to the brief.

04 — Jewelry QA

The asset is reviewed against the product references and relevant jewelry details before client delivery.

05 — Approve & Deliver

Your team reviews the work, agreed refinements are completed and approved files are prepared for their intended channels.

WHAT WE WILL NOT DO

Some shortcuts are not worth taking.

We will not knowingly:

  • imply a brand relationship that does not exist;

  • publish identifiable client or third-party jewelry without the necessary permission;

  • turn private client work into public marketing material without approval;

  • describe speculative work as a collaboration or endorsement;

  • invent unsupported product details and present them as verified;

  • promise a level of product accuracy that the available references cannot support;

  • position Exact Matter as a way to hide the use of AI.

Trust is not a badge we put on the website.

It is the standard the work has to pass.

BUILT TO BECOME PART OF THE WORKFLOW

A partner should become easier to trust over time.

The value of an ongoing relationship is not only reserved production capacity.

As we work together, Exact Matter can retain the approved context that matters to production: how products should be represented, what the brand accepts and rejects, who approves the work, which channels require which formats and how your marketing calendar creates demand.

That continuity is what allows an external production partner to operate more like an extension of the internal team — without taking control away from it.

More creative should not require lower standards.

Tell us what your team needs to produce, how you protect product accuracy and brand consistency, and where your current workflow is constrained.

We will define the production and approval process before we scale the work.
